How to Access Your White-Label AI Coach Domain

When you create a new AI coach through Rocky.ai, we automatically provide you with a dedicated domain. This domain serves as your coach’s unique web address — your access point, and your customers’ first impression.

1. Your AI Coach Domain is Automatically Created

Each time you launch a new AI coach, we assign a domain in the following format:

yourbrandcode.my-ai.coach

The brand code is the short identifier you set when creating your coach. For example, if your brand code is youbrandcode, your AI coach will be available at:

youbrandcode.my-ai.coach

2. Included Domain Options

All standard white-label subscriptions include several ready-to-use domain options:

• *.my-ai.coach

• *.mydaily.coach

• *.aicoach.ing

• *.inheritor.ai

You don’t need to pay anything extra to use these domains — they are included in your plan.

3. Custom Domains (Optional)

Would you like your AI coach to live under your own company domain, such as:

coach.yourcompany.com

No problem. You can add a custom CNAME domain for a small annual fee. We’ll help you point your chosen URL to your AI coach while keeping your brand front and center.

4. Using Your Domain

Your AI coach’s domain is now your main access point. It’s your responsibility to:

• Add the link to your business website — so visitors can find your coach.

• Include it in your marketing materials — articles, emails, brochures.

• Promote your new coach domain — share it on social media, newsletters, and anywhere your audience is active.

• Your domain is automatically created once you set up a coach.

• It follows the format brandcode.my-ai.coach (or another included domain).

• Custom domains are available for a small additional fee.

• Make sure to link and promote your domain — it’s your direct gateway to your AI coach!
