3.3: Create your own content - Add/modify programs and quests

Your own coaching and learning content is structured in 3 dimensions

Level 1 Your white-label Brands Which is the initial coach-code that you create for your brand
Level 2

Your Programs
(Multiple Programs possible)

A 'Program' can be equivalent to the title of a book or reflect a group of learning themes of your brand/organization.
E.g. "Leadership", or "Productivity"
Level 3 Your Modules / Quests
(Up to 6 Modules per Program)
A 'Quest' can be equivalent to a chapter of a book or reflect a main learning section of training program. E.g. "Delegation", or "Time-Management"
Level 4 Your Content (Articles) This are the learning articles, videos, images and any knowledge that you make available to your audiences. Those content items can be assigned to multiple Quests.
Level 5 Your AI Agents (Coaching style) For each Quest, you can design your own very specific coaching AI agents with their own methods, coaching goals and fall-back questions.
! The following features require a Creator-Account !
! To start creating new Programs, Quests and Content you need to add first a Brand-code and your brand information !

Create a new Program

This includes the ability to create programs:

a) From Scratch:
You can start with a completely blank slate and build your coaching programs step-by-step. This means defining your program's title, value proposition, and then adding "Quests" (which are like chapters or main learning sections). Within each Quest, you can upload your own content, including articles, videos, and custom coaching questions. This allows for maximum customization and ensures your unique coaching methodology is fully integrated.

b1) Fully from Ready-to-Use Program Templates:
To accelerate your program creation, Rocky.ai provides a library of full, ready-to-use program templates, such as those within their "Essentials" content library. When you choose this option, you'll get a complete program structure, including pre-populated colors, images, and sample texts. While these provide a significant head start, you still have the flexibility to modify and adjust these elements to align with your brand and specific program goals.

Go to: Creator Tool > Programs & Quests > Template Marketplace

b2) From Scratch with Templates on Module Level:
This option offers a middle ground between starting completely from scratch and using a full program template. You can begin building your program from scratch, defining its overall theme and structure. However, when it comes to adding individual "Quests" (modules), you can then leverage existing Quest templates. These Quest templates can include built-in content like articles, videos, and hundreds of coaching questions, providing a solid foundation for each module while allowing you to customize the overarching program flow.

A 'Program' can be equivalent to the title of a book or reflect a group or a learning theme of your brand/organization.

1. Start by adding a Title to your Program

2. Add a short value proposition of your Program

3. Ensure your Brand-Code is available

4. Choose a Template

  • A template will choose one of the 'Essentials' Programs and copy the colors, images and sample texts available.
  • You can then modify those elements and adjust it, however, you are getting a head start.
  • Using the template will not have any other consequences for your program

Edit your Program

You will find a 'Preview' and an 'Edit' card for your program.

The Edit card allows you now to modify text, titles, images, add descriptions and many more.

You Program must include Quests! Because the experience is built around Quests mainly.

Add a new Quest

A 'Quest' can be equivalent to a chapter of a book or reflect a main learning section of training program.

Each Program can include up to 6 Quests.

1. Start by adding a Title to your Quest

2. Add a short value proposition of your Quest

3. Choose a Template

  • A template will choose one of the 'Essentials' Programs and copy the colors, images and sample texts available.
  • You can then modify those elements and adjust it, however, you are getting a head start.
  • The Quest template gives you also access to built-in content and coaching questions
In difference to the program, the Quest template will also give your own quest access to many of built-in content as articles and video, as well as hundreds of coaching questions.

Remove / Archive a Quest

Go to the 'Edit' section of your Quest and scroll to the '4. Admin Settings' section

If a Quest is not published, you can archive it and it will disappear from the program and the users catalogue.

! Content as Articles and Coaching Questions, that are assigned solely tho this Quest will also disappear.
! If you our your users have this Quest in their active personal Coaching Plan, you have to clean this manually up for each user in the "Coach Panel"
