The Rocky.ai team has curated the 'Essentials' content library with 6 categories and about 30 quest, which is related to the built-in default categories of Rocky.ai

Overview of the built-in available 'Essentials' Coaching Programs

Following options are possible:

Users have access to only 'Essentials' categories and content of Rocky.ai
Users have access to your coaching categories and 'Essentials' categories
Users have only access to your coaching categories, but can receive 'Essentials' articles as recommendation in the app
Users have only access to your exclusive coaching categories and content

This is made possible with two unpublishing options.

Do not allow users to find the 'Essentials' categories in the Quest catalogue
Do not allow users to access any 'Essentials' content within the app

Unpublishing 'Essentials' content makes only sense if you added sufficient new own content for your audience.

Add your own Coaching Programs

You can add your own content and programs and replace the 'Essentials' programs or even use both systems in a hybrid approach.
