Add and Manage Users and Coachees
To add Coachees, ensure you have the following ready:
- Domain-Codes (for white-label apps) or Coach-Codes for the new teams you’ve set up. These codes are necessary to assign coachees and user accounts to the correct teams and structures.
- Inviting users and coachees will require you to own seats or a business subscription.
To invite new users:
- Go to "Manage Users" in your dashboard.
- Click the "Invite New User" button and follow the steps to send invitations.
When adding a new user, make sure to:
- Email: Enter the user’s correct email address.
- Name: Provide the user’s full name.
- Team Assignment: Assign the user to the appropriate team.
- User Role: Select the correct role for the user:
- Administrator: Can add Administrators, Coaches, and Coachees.
- Coach: Can only add Coachees and can only view and manage their assigned teams.
- Coachee: Has no access to admin tools and focuses solely on their assigned coaching experience.
These roles ensure that permissions and visibility are tailored to the user’s responsibilities.
If privacy purposes are required, an Anonymous Coachee can be selected.
An anonymous coachee will appear in the coach’s panel without displaying their name. Coaches can still view and manage the coachee’s progress and activities, but personal identity details will remain hidden.
Branded Invitation Email
When a new user is invited, they will receive an email containing:
- Invitation Details: Information on where to sign in.
- Login Credentials: The relevant password to use for their first login.
For white-label apps, make sure you’ve set up your domain-code with all your branding settings, including:
- Logos
- Business Information
- Other Customizations
This ensures the invitation email aligns with your brand and presents a professional appearance to your users.
