Add and Manage Groups and Teams

Navigate to the 'Groups & Teams' section, then click 'Create New Team' to set up a new team.

When creating a new team:

  1. Team Name: Assign a name for your team. This name will be used internally to identify the team.
  2. Unique Coach-Code: Each team is automatically assigned a unique coach-code. This code is essential for linking coachees to specific groups, coaches, or app features.
  3. Assign a Group: You can assign the team to a group, which is useful for organizing teams under different clients and creating a multi-level organizational structure.
  4. Domain-Code: If you’re using a white-label app, make sure the team inherits your domain-code. This ensures all white-label features are correctly applied to the team.

You’ll have several options to organize and manage your Groups, Teams, and Coachees effectively:

  1. Organizational Structure: Define the structure of your coachee organization by sorting users into specific Groups and Teams. This allows for clear segmentation and easier management.

  2. Insights: Gain detailed insights at every level—Group, Team, or individual user—making it simple to track progress and engagement.

  3. Coach Accounts: Assign specific Coach Accounts to manage one or more teams. These coaches will have administrative access to the assigned teams for efficient management and oversight.

Each team can have its own customized settings, including:

  1. Access to Coaching Content Pools: Control which coaching content and program pools are available for the team to use.
  2. Default Goal Settings: Set default goals that will automatically be assigned when a new coachee joins the team.
  3. Coaching Plans: Define default coaching plans to streamline onboarding and ensure consistent program alignment for team members.

If you make changes or add new programs under your domain-code, remember to update your teams as well. Teams retain their original configurations, so they won’t automatically reflect these updates unless you apply the changes manually.
